June 8-14 Goals

Sunday: Rest

Monday: Speed session for 30 minutes at track (400's)

Tuesday: Run 4 miles (comfortable pace)

Wednesday: Barre class

Thursday: 3 mile tempo run

Friday: Rest

Saturday: 7 miles comfortable pace

I looked at the calendar this week and have a full 12 weeks till the August 23rd race. My goal for that race is 1:45:59 :) Hopefully the heat this summer won't be too awful!
